As the fifth edition of the Eko International Film Festival, EIFF, hots up, organisers of the annual festival, have called for the entries from producers across the world.
The film submission must be in one of the seven categories: Feature, Short, Fiction, Documentary, Short Documentaries, Horror, Student Film.
The film submission will be open till 30 June.
The organisers said there will be awards for the various categories, with the best film to be awarded the “Golden Cowry Award” while the second price will be the “Silver Cowry Award”.
This year’s edition of the annual EIFF will be holding from 18 to 23 November in Lagos with the theme “Nigeria Film Industry And The Media”.
Other activities during the week-long event include workshops and seminars.
Hope Obioma Opara, President, EIFF said that the festival’s focus during this edition will be on contributions of the media to the growth of the film industry.
