The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, has revealed that the final of Federation Cup will be played on 15 September in Lagos.
The final was earlier scheduled to come up 28 July, but the football authorities could not harmonise the calendar so the final game will be played on that day.
But it seems all arrangements have been concluded to make sure that the finals is played on that day.
The Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere will be the venue for the final and four teams have qualified for the semi finals.
Akwa United, Lobi Stars, Warri Wolves and Enyimba have qualified to play in the semi finals of the competition.
Heartland who are the defending champions lost to Akwa United 5-4 after 1-1 in regulation time.
