A man, Daramola Iyiola, 35, has been charged before the Ikeja Magistrates’ Court, Lagos for impersonation.
The prosecutor, Mr. Babatunde Sunmonu, disclosed that Iyiola was arrested for posing as a medical doctor at the Lord’s Chosen Hospital.
He said the accused presented himself as a medical doctor, using false certificate to deceive the people.
The second charge revealed that the accused falsified a certificate which shows that he has been working as a medical doctor for sometime.
The prosecutor told the magistrate further that the accused had a case pending for the same offence in the court.
The magistrate granted him bail in the sum of N500,000 with two sureties and adjourned the matter till 30 March for further hearing.
