Tsegay Tuemay of Eritrea was third in 33.27 mins.
In the 6-km women’s race, Aga, also 18 years old, won in 20.48 mins, after a close battle with Ireland’s 2011 and 2012 European champion Fionnuala Britton.
Another Ethiopian, Enili Gebriwoth, was third in 21.20 mins.
