Tears as FATGBEMS Petroleum owner buried

The remains of the Chairman and chief Executive Officer of Fatgbems Petroleum, Alhadji Abdul Fatai Olalekan Akanmu Gbemisola was buried
today in his hometown, Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital amid tears.

Fatgbems died yesterday in an hospital in Lagos after battling heart related disease for close to one year. He was aged 64.

He was buried, according to Islamic rites, in his house at the Amdallat residence located within Ibara Housing Estate in Abeokuta, Ogun State, southwest, Nigeria

Family members, workers, friends and business colleagues were seen weeping profusely as the remains of the man which many described as a
kind hearted, cheerful giver and lover of the needy was being lowered into his final resting place.

Alhadji Fatai Gbemisola has over forty filling stations across the south-western states with over 6,000 staff.

Most of the filling stations in Abeokuta metropolis today were shut today in honour of the departed petrol dealer.
