Chief Magistrate Johnson Adelegan gave the order while ruling on the criminal case brought against Wale Olasehinde, 30; Blessing Fayeun, 30; and Sunday Jegede, 37.

Both Olasehinde and Fayeun were said to have conspired to commit the offence on June 28, 2011 at about 7.45 p.m at 13, Iyange Quarters, Oke Ogba, Akure. They were accused of robbing Dr. Busari Iyanda of his Toyota Camry car with registration number EL 427 FST, valued at N1.3 million.

The third accused, Sunday Jegede, was alleged to have received the stolen car from the first and second accused, knowing same to have been stolen.
