A disheartened married man was admitted at Treasure Hospital, Ebuta Meta in Lagos, South West Nigeria, after he fainted when he caught his wife of 18 years and his best friend he accommodated having sex in his bedroom.

Eye witnesses narrated that the 49-year old dejected husband, Mr. Junaid Jimoh, collapsed and fainted, after he suddenly returned home to meet 50-year old Tiamiyu Biliaminu, his best friend, and 39-year old Jemilat Jimoh, his wife, pants down.

P.M.NEWS learnt that the incident took place last Sunday.

Jimoh, a native of Omu-Aran in Kwara State, North Central Nigeria, got married to Jemilat in 1993. They have three children and reside at Abeni Adeniyi Street, Onipanu, in Lagos.

P.M.NEWS investigations revealed that when Biliaminu lost his job sometime last year and was evicted by his landlord, Jimoh and his wife promptly offered to accommodate him in their three bedroom flat. Biliaminu’s wife had already abandoned him, leaving with all their children.

After he regained consciousness in the hospital, the distraught husband briefly spoke with our correspondent.

He lamented: “Being too nice can kill. Please was I wrong to accommodate my friend when he was homeless?

“I saw my friend sucking my wife’s breasts. They were both stark naked right in the room I gave him.

“When I returned home from Ojota with another friend of mine, an Assistant Superintendent of Police called Tunde, attached to Eleweran Command in Ogun State, I asked my 9-year old boy the whereabouts of his mother and he pointed at the bedroom door.

“I just pushed the door and I saw a terrible thing before I fainted. My police friend took photographs of the scene with his phone. I will never do anything with her again and she must pack out with her new lover. It would have been more painful if he did it to my only daughter.”

Begging for forgiveness from her husband, Jemilat said: “I have made a mistake and I’m not denying it. It happened and I am begging for forgiveness. When I visited him at the hospital, I was not allowed to see him. My husband’s friend has not returned home since that day and his property are inside.”

In recent years, P.M.NEWS learnt, many Nigerians have lost their wives to friends they accommodated.

A veteran journalist recently disclosed that he lost his wife to a friend he accommodated some years ago. The couple now has four children.

The journalist said when the incident happened, he resigned to fate, adding “life must go on.”
